   Thank you. My Issue is solved. Right Click on Google Chrome Program >> Properties >> In Target add this at end of line -incognito and click save.

   When you will open Google Chrome, You just need to click on cancel and then it will start in incognito mode and you will be able to remove extension.

   Once removed then close google chrome and revert your changes made by you in Google Chrome Program Properties.
